I have been a medical specialist now for many years. Originally, I specialised in anaesthesiology and from an interest in acute pain came an interest in chronic pain.

How does a pain clinic treat pain?

We treat pain by addressing the underlying cause of the pain. Treating chronic pain the same way we treat acute pain rarely brings relief to the chronic pain.

  Dr Raath and his team changed my life! I have Fibromyalgia and Lupus and he has successfully helped get both conditions under control. Dr Raath is one of a kind. I've seen a crazy amount of specialists over 20 years... I just wish I found him sooner! He never just fobs you off. He comes up with solutions. I went through years of pain that doctors said I would just have to live with basically... Dr Raath came up with solutions. I cannot recommend him enough!   Living with fibromyalgia your life have ups and downs first meeting with Dr Raath opened my eyes to a wonderful world where there is someone understanding my situation I started a path with him and he's team and can only say positive things about them.
